Submission Policy

• Submissions must be original research or scholarly work.
• Plagiarism, data fabrication, or copyright infringement will result in immediate removal and possible permanent ban.
• Authors retain copyright, granting NikoUArxive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display and archive the work.
• Submissions must be in PDF format and include clear authorship and affiliation information.

Moderation & Screening

• All articles are automatically screened for quality, scientific relevance, and adherence to ethical standards.
• Submissions flagged by AI or by the community may be reviewed by moderators and, if needed, withdrawn.
• NikoUArxive reserves the right to reject or remove any submission deemed inappropriate, offensive, or scientifically invalid.

Open Access

• All articles are freely accessible to the public upon upload.
• No paywalls, subscriptions, or publication fees for standard submissions.

Data Privacy

• We respect user privacy: registration is only required for submission or comment functions.
• Email addresses are never shared with third parties except as required by law.

Community Guidelines

• Comments must be respectful, relevant, and free of harassment, discrimination, or spam.
• Authors may request removal of comments or articles if privacy or safety is at risk.

Appeals & Corrections

• Authors can appeal moderation decisions by contacting nikouravan@gmail.com.
• Corrections or updated versions of preprints can be uploaded; prior versions remain accessible for transparency.
